Chelsea Colley is the Founder and Creative Director of Colorful Clouds Atelier, an experiential design atelier creating immersive environments, statement installations, and visually driven experiences for celebrations, brands, corporate events, and cultural moments.

With a multidisciplinary approach to design, Chelsea develops each experience through composition, color, texture, spatial storytelling, and intentional detail. Her work moves beyond decoration—transforming spaces into environments designed to be felt, experienced, and remembered.

Through Colorful Clouds Atelier, Chelsea leads the creative vision from initial concept through production and execution, collaborating with clients, fabricators, vendors, and creative partners to bring ambitious ideas into the physical world.
