Do you provide the holiday lights and decor?
Yes. Colorful Clouds Atelier provides the greenery, decor, and installation materials used for our holiday installations, including lighting for select projects. We source and select the materials needed to execute the approved design and maintain a consistent, professional finished result.
Can you install holiday lights or decor that I already own?
No. Colorful Clouds Atelier only installs lighting, decor, and materials provided by our team. This allows us to maintain quality, safety, compatibility, and a consistent design standard across every installation.
Do you offer interior holiday decorating?
Yes. Interior holiday environments are at the heart of our seasonal work.
Services may include designer Christmas trees, statement holiday trees, garland, staircase styling, mantels, lobby installations, custom ornament installations, interior greenery, and other seasonal focal moments.
Can you design the holiday look for me?
Absolutely. You do not need to have a complete design plan before contacting us.
Tell us about your property, your aesthetic, and how you want the space to feel, and our team can develop a seasonal design direction tailored to your home or business.
Clients are welcome to upload inspiration images during the inquiry process.
Can I book both interior and exterior holiday services?
Yes. Clients may commission interior holiday design, exterior styling, or a complete indoor and outdoor transformation. Exterior holiday lighting is available for select residential and commercial projects, based on scope, property requirements, and seasonal availability.
Your final scope will be developed around your property, design goals, timeline, and installation requirements.
How is pricing determined?
Every Colorful Clouds Atelier holiday project is custom quoted.
Pricing is based on factors including property size, design direction, materials, installation complexity, labor requirements, access conditions, location, and overall project scope.
Submitting clear property photos with your inquiry helps our team better understand your project before preparing next steps.
When should I book my holiday installation?
We recommend inquiring as early as possible.
Holiday installation dates are limited, and prime November and early December dates may fill quickly. Booking earlier also allows additional time for design development, sourcing, and scheduling.
Is holiday removal included?
Yes. Post-season removal is scheduled as part of your holiday service.
Your removal timeframe will be outlined with your project details so our team can return after the season and professionally remove the decor installed by Colorful Clouds Atelier.
What happens if weather affects my installation date?
Safety comes first.
Rain, snow, ice, high winds, or other unsafe conditions may require an exterior installation to be rescheduled.
If weather affects your scheduled installation, our team will communicate with you and coordinate the next appropriate installation window.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes.
Colorful Clouds Atelier creates holiday environments for commercial and corporate clients including retail spaces, restaurants, hotels and hospitality properties, corporate offices, residential communities, event venues, and other customer-facing spaces.
Multi-property and recurring seasonal programs are also available.
