Booking & Date Reservation

A signed agreement and required retainer must be received before an event date is reserved.

Event dates are not guaranteed until both requirements have been completed.

Retainer Policy

All retainers are non-refundable.

Retainers secure event dates, planning time, creative development, and production scheduling.

Payment Schedule

Remaining balances are due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.

Events booked within fourteen (14) days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

Design Process

Custom design concepts, visual mockups, and creative recommendations are provided after booking.

Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

Setup & Venue Access

A minimum two-hour setup window is required for all installations.

Clients are responsible for securing venue access and obtaining any necessary venue approvals. Delays caused by limited access may impact installation timelines.

Rentals, Damages & Loss

Clients assume responsibility for rented items while in their possession.

Damage, theft, loss, or misuse may result in replacement or repair charges.

Outdoor Events & Weather

Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions.

Colorful Clouds Atelier reserves the right to modify installation plans when necessary for safety or equipment protection.

Photography & Marketing

Colorful Clouds Atelier reserves the right to photograph completed work and use event photography, video, and related content for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Travel

Additional travel fees may apply for events outside the standard service area.

Force Majeure

Colorful Clouds Atelier shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Refunds & Cancellations

Payments already made may not be refundable based on services performed, materials ordered, and production status.
